The Community Arts Grants program is administered in Greene, Columbia, and Schoharie Counties by Greene County Council on the Arts with funds from the Decentralization program of New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.   Please select the appropriate DEC guidelines and applications for your county as seminar dates and deadlines vary and late applications will not be accepted.
