Ball Program Advertising Offer-Deadline March 9, 2018

30th Annual Beaux Arts Ball Program Advertising Rates

For over 42 years we’ve been supporting art and artists in the region, educating and engaging the public and contributing to our local economy in the process. We need your support now more than ever. Please consider donating to us above our ad rates in recognition of this 30th anniversary!

The 30th Annual Beaux Arts Ball, Greene County Council on the Art’s gala fundraiser, will be held on April 7, 2018 at The Copper Tree Restaurant at Hunter Mountain with 300 people in attendance.  GCCA is offering businesses and artists the opportunity to advertise in the Ball Program. The program lists the evening’s activities, participants, Silent Auction donors and their wonderful donations. Please find attached the guide to display ad sizes and prices.

Introduce your mission or announce your season in this special program book dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Ball and GCCA honoring Todd Whitley with the 2018 Distinguished Service Award. Guests hold on to the Program Book long after the Ball as a keepsake and a reference to arts and culture taking place in the surrounding region.

In our 42nd year, we are committed to keeping the arts a relevant and driving force for our local economies now more than ever, as we draw attention to the important contribution of the arts in not only Greene County, but in Columbia and Schoharie counties, as well. We are proud of our ever-expanding accomplishments and the economic impact your support of our work has had over the past 42 years.

Thank you for your consideration. Sharon Shepherd at
